Kindly note that a cancellation fee equivalent to half of the service amount will be automatically charged to your card on file in case of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment. This policy is in place to ensure that we can provide the best service to all our valued clients. Late Policy: To ensure you have ample time to prepare for your treatments, we ask that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled start of your service. Please note that our cancellation policy allows for a 15-minute grace period. After this time, we will need to limit your services or reschedule.
